Voting Information:

Only nominated contacts from each organisation can vote. If you cannot attend but someone else from your organisation can, please let us know who will be attending in writing or e-mail to Steve Place - steve.place@bournemouthcvs.org.uk

If no one can attend from your organisation you may wish to appoint a proxy to speak and vote on your behalf. The proxy could be:

  • anyone you wish to appoint who can attend on your behalf, or
  • someone you know will already be attending from another organisation, or
  • the Chair of the AGM.

You will need to complete and send us the proxy form (sent to you by email) by 2pm on Friday 1st November 2019. Only the named proxy will be able to speak and vote on your behalf.

Car Parking Information:There is space for 60 cars to park on site, this will be signposted clearly at the venue. Alternative parking can be found at Wallisdown Recreation Ground, a short walk away.
